In a corporate social responsibility, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) Is Conducting a one week free health drive at the universities’ main gate, close to the security offices.
The drive dubbed
“Tamasha health drive” has been organized by the school of nursing in
partnership with the department of Health sciences.
The drive is open not only to the Mmust family but also to
the public. The services offered include, free medical counseling, free
cervical and breast cancer screening, free measuring of body mass index, weight,
height, blood pressure, blood sugar and visual acuity.
The drive also offers referral services to patients whose
conditions require advanced medical attention.
