Masinde
Muliro University was a beehive of activities last week. The varsity was
celebrating its culture week dubbed Tamasha. So much went down at the
university, from cultural exhibitions to intellectual debate but the epic of it
all was when invinted artist took to the stage.
First
on stage was prof, the kwako nimedata! data! Hitmaker , Did his best to move
the crowd but all he got them moving was their hands, which threw empty alcohol
bottles at him. Some yelled at him to leave the stage for the next artist.

Then
the most awaited king of gospel rhymes, Ekodida took to the stage. At my amazement
the audience went wild jumping and screaming in joy. Singing along to every
line that ekodida sang.
And
when the moment presented itself, of course yes a good reason for the niko na
reason hit maker, to lead the crowd to Christ!
I
don’t know how a fan passed security to kneel on staged. Perhaps it was all
God’s doing.
